How Long Do I Rest In-Between Exercises?

As funny as the image is… if you feel like you can go, than go. When you catch your breath you are rested enough to complete another set of reps.

Its recommended to rest for 30 to 90 seconds between sets of an exercise. Ultimately you should feel energized to get after your next set, but not so relaxed that your heart rate drops and your body cools down. It will be different for everyone. Because different body types need different stimuli 💪💪💪
